Everything is designed to be very simple. Just send us an email, fill in your details with which boxes you require or what you would like to store and somebody will call you to schedule a drop off / pick up. We store for as long as you like, then we can return it to you whenever you request.

We store most items, see our list of not permitted items, but we will not warehouse any perishable items (such as foods), liquids, illegal or explosives.

Yes we do! Just let us know when ordering and we can provide them to you!

Yes, you can use your own boxes. Our boxes come with lock ties for your own peace of mind. We can also store other items such as desks, bikes, sports equipment etc.

Yes, the boxes cannot weight more then 40kg.

We are open Saturday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed on public holidays.

Typically it takes us 24-72 hours to return your items. If you want guaranteed next day return, we can offer express return for an additional 75aed.

We offer peace of mind, you contact us, we deliver boxes to you and then pick those up from your location, warehouse them and then return them back to you. There is no need to visit any self storage or bring the items to us, we do all the heavy lifting.

The minimum rental period is 1 month. You can receive special discounts if you book and pay for 6 months or more in advance!

Yes, we are able to offer educational promotions. Please ask your school, university or college to get in touch with us and we will create a special promotional offer for them. As of now we do not have any special promotions.

We accept cash, check or credit card payment.

As with most storage solutions we are limited to the coverage we can provide. Not to the individual basis but in the unlikely event there is a warehouse fire for example. We encourage you to have your own personal insurance.

Our storage facility is located in Dubai Industrial City next to the new Dubai World Central Airport. It is an ideal location close to Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
